I am an Project Manager focused on transforming businesses through innovative technology solutions, with an interest in the transportation sector.
Since Trius had just joined the We Are On IT group right before I started, I also became a part of this team. This collaboration between Trius and We Are On IT created more potential in the market in Belgium.
After my adventure at Ninatrans, I started as an IT Support Engineer at Trius in Genk. At Trius, I was assigned several key clients after a while including a city council and a German company active in the automotive sector. For these clients, we ensured that everything—servers, computers, and networking equipment—functioned optimally. I also had the opportunity to work with smaller clients, which provided plenty of variety and led to some very challenging projects.
I started my journey at Ninatrans as an IT Engineer, where my primary responsibility was to provide internal support ensuring that the systems used in our trucks operated at peak efficiency with the help of our suppliers such as Trimble and Sensolus. As I grew in my role, I transitioned to ICT Support Administrator allowing me to focus more on internal TMS and WMS projects primarily developed in FileMaker. Eventually, I took on the position of ICT Supervisor leading a team of two enthusiastic IT professionals. I also collaborated closely with our CEO, Benny Smets to further digitalize the company and stay ahead in this ever-evolving digital landscape.
